HELP!

A dry scalp is never a good look…

Okay, I need your help – desperately!
For about 6-8 weeks now I’ve had a really, really dry scalp and my hair is literally falling out more and more each day – I’m going to end up bald if this carries on! My hairdresser said this is most likely down to stress. If any of you regularly read my blog you might realise that I am under a lot of pressure at the moment – too much in fact!
I know there are a lot of beauty bloggers out there, and possible hairdressers too. Even people with amazing stress relieving techniques! Well, I need to hear from you – pronto if possible! I have my graduation next week and my gown is black!
Lots of thanks in advance.

  1. omg this sounds awful! You need T-Gel, it’s quite pricey (about £6 for a bottle) but that should solve the problem! Also after that massage conditioner into your hair and leave for 5 minutes! Hope that helps x

    1. I’ve got that! I’ve been using it for around a month and nothing is happening 😦

I haven’t tried the conditioner idea though. It really is getting me down now 😦

        1. That’s okay – I’ve been using the 2 in 1 so that might be why. I bought a shampoo only one so I’ll start using that tonight 🙂 xx

  2. Coconut oil. My sister swears by it, and she gets epic eczema on her scalp that can cause her hair to fall out. Massage it in to your scalp and allow to sit for a while before washing out. During winter (which is really dry for us) my sister does this every 2 days, whenever she washes her hair.
If you wash your hair in the mornings, put the oil on the night before and sleep with it in (just put a towel over your pillow).

        1. See my hair isn’t even that itchy (although it is now because all I can think about is itching), it’s more embarrassing than anything. And the way my hair keeps falling out sucks! I’ll definitely try this though!
